Pickles and great British catering

Sometimes I do feel like I’m cheating calling this work. When The little Pickle, a catering business with passion and promises called me and asked if I would like to do an interview for the Farmpress YouTube channel, how could I possibly refuse as I felt no hardship driving through the beautiful Cotswold countryside.  The sun was out the scenery was breathtaking and there were several pubs on the way home which I could stop for a bit of a cheeky lunch.🥗🥪

When you’re young you’re full of adventure and dreams and this entrepreneurial couple are no different. They say every business starts with a story, in this case, it was a love story.

Love is in the air

A love of food, travel and working abroad brought these young chefs together in a foodie romance. But now Jess and Alex are on good old British soil making their base in the beautiful Cotswolds village of Upper Slaughter and are bringing us a wealth of experience and passion in the form of their very own catering and pickle making company.

The little pickle food

Jess and Alex the pickle making duo who believe in using local great British ingredients in both their catering and pickle making business. Now you may be a pickle connoisseur or you may hate the stuff, but trust me when I say that these are no ordinary pickles one, in fact, contains Gin which is supplied to Jess and Alex from their local brewery. Yes, that’s right people you can now have Gin for breakfast and no one can tell you off if it’s in jam!.

I went along to find out a little more about their businesses.
